Description

Product Overview: SpotSee WarmMark Ascending Temperature Indicators provide a simple, reliable way to detect heat exposure in temperature-sensitive goods. Used globally across the cold chain and quality-assurance sectors, these irreversible indicators clearly reveal when a product has exceeded its allowable temperature threshold, safeguarding product integrity and compliance.

WarmMark Ascending Temperature Indicators

Instant heat exposure detection for temperature-sensitive shipments.

WarmMark Ascending Temperature Indicators, manufactured by SpotSee, show an irreversible colour change when goods are exposed to temperatures above a specified limit. These single-use indicators are ideal for monitoring pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biologics, chemicals, and food products during storage and distribution where overheating can compromise quality or safety.

SpotSee is a trusted partner brand, distributed in the UK and EU by Good Life Innovations Ltd.

  • Instant visual alert – changes from white to red when the threshold temperature is exceeded.
  • Multiple activation points – available from −18 °C / 0 °F up to 37 °C / 99 °F, including timed single-window versions (8 h, 12 h, 48 h).
  • Simple, cost-effective solution – no training, batteries, or calibration required.
  • Single-use reliability – permanent evidence of heat exposure; cannot be reset.
  • Supports product quality & compliance – trusted across healthcare, chemical, and food industries.

Pack Options

  • 10-pack variants (per temperature / time configuration)
  • 100-pack variants (per temperature / time configuration)

Benefits & Usage

Benefits

  • Provides clear, irreversible proof of heat exposure above threshold.
  • Helps prevent compromised product use and reduces wastage.
  • Fast, easy interpretation (white → red).
  • Cost-effective, single-use temperature-monitoring solution.

Usage

  1. Select the correct WarmMark threshold for your product (−18 °C / 0 °F to 37 °C / 99 °F, or timed variant as required).
  2. Remove the indicator from its protective packaging.
  3. Affix the WarmMark directly to the product packaging or shipment container.
  4. Store or transport as required — the indicator continuously monitors for excess heat events.
  5. Inspect on arrival or during storage:
    • White = Safe (no temperature breach)
    • Red = Compromised (product exposed to excessive heat)
  6. Dispose after use — WarmMark is a single-use indicator providing permanent evidence of exposure.
