Shipping & Returns

UK Orders

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over £50; £3.99 for orders under £50. (2-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping: £5.99 for all orders. (1-2 business days)
  • Local Pickup: Collect your order in person at our Newhaven location. Contact us to schedule.
  • Use Your Own Courier: Provide us with your courier's shipping information.

International Orders

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated based on parcel dimensions and destination. Contact us for a quote.
  • Shipping Carriers: Parcelforce (standard) and DHL Express (express).
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-14 business days (standard); 3-5 business days (express).
  • Duties and Taxes: Shipped Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and fees.
  • Tracking: Receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns:
    • Return items within 15 days of the order date.
    • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached.
    • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective).
    • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Exchanges:
    • Contact us within 30 days of the order date to exchange for a different size or color.
    • Exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.
