Description

ShockWatch Non-Serialised Impact Indicator Labels (L-Series)

ShockWatch Non-Serialised Impact Indicator Labels provide a simple yet highly effective method of revealing mishandling during transport. Each label contains a calibrated glass ampoule that permanently activates when a damaging shock event occurs, helping to reduce transit damage, protect sensitive equipment and increase accountability across the supply chain.

Product Overview

ShockWatch Labels are highly sensitive, single-use impact indicators designed to reveal mishandling during shipping and storage. Each indicator contains a precision-tuned glass ampoule that irreversibly changes colour when an impact above the rated G-level occurs.

This listing is for non-serialised ShockWatch L-Series indicators supplied in packs of 50.

Available Sensitivities

  • L-30 – 100G (Green)
  • L-35 – 75G (Orange)
  • L-47 – 50G (Red)
  • L-55 – 37G (Purple)
  • L-65 – 25G (Yellow)

Key Benefits

  • Immediate visual indication of mishandling
  • Reduces risk of concealed damage
  • Highly sensitive and easy to apply
  • Acts as a visual deterrent to rough handling
  • Widely used across logistics, aerospace, medical and industrial sectors

Handling & Shipment Sensitivity

ShockWatch Labels contain an ultra-sensitive glass ampoule that can activate from vibration or impact if not protected. To prevent accidental activation, every order is:

  • packed using approved protective-impact packaging, and
  • handled under controlled conditions during dispatch.

This ensures indicators arrive unactivated and ready for use.

Lead Time Information

Demand varies by sensitivity. If a particular G-level is in short supply, dispatch may take 2–5 working days while SpotSee prepares fresh stock. We will notify you immediately if any delay applies.
