Sprayable Liquid Crystal Ink

This is a water based sprayable ink that can be used through any standard spray equipment or airbrush to give the perfect finish.

Watch High-Grade SFXC® Liquid Crystal Ink change through a spectrum of colours when touched with warm hands or another heat source.

At room temperature, this liquid crystal coating appears to be colourless. However, as the temperature rises the coating will change from red, to green and finally blue. Our liquid crystal has a bandwidth of 24°C to 29°C. This means that the ink starts to change at 24°C and completes its change at 29°C.

Chiral Nematic Liquid Crystal Ink has the brightest colour change out of all the liquid crystals. Liquid crystal ink can be sprayed or brushed onto most surfaces.

Ink coverage = 35ml per square meter.

Liquid crystal looks its best on a black background. However, the liquid crystal ink does work well on other colours such as blue and red. Please avoid coating light colours.
