Description

Industrial Grade: High-Temperature Stability
Manufactured to ISO 9001 standards in the USA, this high-range liquid crystal strip represents a peak in thermal monitoring technology. Engineered to maintain precision where standard indicators fail, this strip remains stable and accurate up to the 100°C boiling point.

Product Overview

This 132mm x 19mm self-adhesive strip is built for high-demand environments. By utilizing advanced, stable thermochromic compounds, it provides a reliable, battery-free visual heat map for dairy processing, industrial machinery maintenance, and specialized laboratory use where Celsius precision is non-negotiable.

Primary Applications

  • Dairy & Pasteurisation: Accurately monitor milk and liquid temperatures during heat treatment to meet rigorous safety and processing standards.
  • Industrial Maintenance: Surface-mount monitoring for machinery, motors, and high-load equipment where thermal stability is critical.
  • Curing & Processing: Ideal for industrial curing environments and manufacturing lines requiring constant heat feedback.
  • Professional Brewing: High-range monitoring for boiling and heat exchange processes.

How to Read: The strip features a clear Celsius scale. The Green indicator represents the actual temperature. If the green indicator is not visible, the temperature is midway between the illuminated Tan and Blue indicators.

Audit & Compliance Integration

Live Monitoring + Permanent Proof

Because this Liquid Crystal strip is reversible, the colour will change back as the temperature drops. For industries such as Dairy (Pasteurisation) or Industrial Curing, we highly recommend pairing this with our Thermax 10-Level Irreversible Strips.

  • The Workflow: Use the Liquid Crystal strip for live, battery-free feedback during the heating process.
  • The Audit Trail: Use a Thermax strip (specifically Range B: 71°C to 110°C) to capture a permanent, non-resettable record of the peak temperature reached for quality logbooks and ISO compliance audits.
