Description

ShockDot / ShockWatch Label Companion Labels (200 labels/roll) - 8.75 x 5.75

ShockDot / ShockWatch Companion Labels are high-visibility handling and inspection labels designed for use with ShockDot and ShockWatch impact indicators. Applied to cartons, crates, or outer packaging, they clearly communicate that a shipment is being monitored and support consistent receiving inspection and reporting procedures.

These labels are supplied in roll format and are intended for professional logistics, quality assurance, and damage-reduction programmes.

What They Do

Companion labels make impact monitoring visible throughout the supply chain. They reinforce handling expectations, help deter rough treatment, and provide a consistent reference for inspection and documentation on receipt.

What’s Included

  • 1 roll of ShockDot / ShockWatch Companion Labels
  • 200 labels per roll
  • Label size: 8.75 x 5.75 inches (approx. 222 mm x 146 mm)

Typical Applications

  • High-value or fragile shipments
  • Machinery, electronics, and medical equipment
  • Export packaging, crates, and multi-handling routes
  • Any shipment using ShockDot or ShockWatch impact indicators

Use & Handling Clauses

  • Placement: Apply to a clean, dry surface where the label remains clearly visible. Avoid placement where it may be rubbed, creased, torn, or obscured by other labels, straps, or wrap.
  • Inspection: Inspect indicator status at dispatch and on receipt. Record results in receiving documentation and photograph in situ where appropriate.
  • Interpretation: Companion labels support awareness and record-keeping; they do not measure impact and do not replace an impact indicator.
  • Suitability & Liability: Monitoring products support decision-making and investigation; users must validate suitability for their application, packaging design, and SOPs.

Compliance & Manufacturing

ShockDot and ShockWatch companion labels are part of the SpotSee condition-monitoring ecosystem and are widely used to support quality assurance and damage-reduction programmes.
